By requesting a quote or booking with GB Airport Transfer, you agree to these terms. We provide private hire / chauffeur airport and point-to-point transfers in the United Kingdom.

Quotes & pricing

Online quotes are offers based on the details you provide. The fare becomes fixed when you confirm a booking for the agreed vehicle, route and time. Guide prices on marketing pages are illustrative only. Extra stops, waiting beyond policy, or address changes may adjust the fare if agreed before travel.

Flight tracking & waiting

For airport collections we track flights when a flight number is supplied. Complimentary waiting time applies from the updated landing time within our published policy. Extraordinary delays may require reconfirmation.

Cancellations

Cancellation terms are confirmed on your booking confirmation. Contact us as early as possible on +44 20 3005 2739 or info@gbairporttransfer.co.uk if plans change.

Passenger responsibilities

Provide accurate addresses, passenger counts and flight details. You are responsible for being ready at the agreed time and for any damage caused to the vehicle by your party beyond normal wear.

Liability

We take reasonable care to provide reliable transfers. We are not liable for delays caused by traffic, weather, events outside our control, or incorrect information supplied at booking. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under UK law.
